Deposit and Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation:
   
   • A deposit equal to 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   • This deposit ensures your spot and allows us to prepare for your guided fishing experience.

1. Payment of Balance:
   
   • The remaining 50% of the trip cost is due no later than the day before your scheduled trip.
   • We will send a friendly reminder to facilitate timely payment.

• We accept credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other secure payment methods.
• All payments will be confirmed with a receipt, sent via email or text, for your records.

                                                                                                                                        Refund Policy for Guided Fishing Trips

At Flow North Fly Fishing], we strive to provide the best experience possible for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and accommodating while respecting the time and resources required to organize our guided fishing trips. Please review our refund policy carefully:

• 30 Days or More Before the Trip: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled trip date.
• Less than 30 Days Before the Trip: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the trip date.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, guide unavailability, or other uncontrollable factors:

• You will receive a full refund of any payments made.
• Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the trip to a later date, subject to availability.

• If a client does not arrive at the designated meeting location on the scheduled trip date and time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Fishing trips will proceed in most weather conditions; however, safety is our top priority. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the trip, and you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking.

• Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Flow North Fly Fishing. Documentation or additional information may be required.
